Customer Satisfaction survey


 

Dear Sir or Madam,

As part of our commitment to customer service at TROX we are conducting our second biennial international customer satisfaction survey. We would like to ask you for your help in identifying those areas where we meet your needs and, equally, those where you would like to see improvements. Your feedback will enable us to continually improve our products and services to meet your needs more effectively.

Client satisfaction is of vital importance to us and, therefore, we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes and participate in the survey.  The survey is conducted anonymously and your answers will be treated confidentially. Please be candid and answer all of the survey questions.

By participating, you will receive a short summary of the results; which areas respondents are satisfied with and those requiring improvement.  In order to receive the feedback, and have the chance to win an iPad, please leave your email address and the country you work in. Your answers will, of course, remain confidential.

A note on privacy
This survey is anonymous.
The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it. If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
